Big & Little Dogs is a dog accessories company based in Brisbane. They launched in 2016 and specialise in a range of harnesses, collars, leashes and many other matching accessories. Their products are designed for style and comfort.

We're always on the hunt for new brands that align with our core values!

Each brand we stock sizes their products differently, so we 've included size charts within each product listed if applicable. Please ensure you check the size of your pup to ensure you are purchasing the right item. If you're unsure how to measure your pup, we have some quick tips in each size guide listed for each product.

You'll receive an email confirming your order to the email used during check out. If you can't locate this email, try checking your spam/junk folder, just in case. If you're still unable to locate your order confirmation, please feel free to reach out to us.

We will aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible, if you're just like us you'll want your new gear right away! You're more than welcome to reach out to us to ask if your order can be amended, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee we'll be able to do this as it'll depend on the stage of dispatch.

If you have received an incorrect item, please reach out to us as soon as possible via our contact us page, we will rectify this ASAP for you.

We accept credit card, Afterpay and PayPal payments to complete your purchase.  All payments are processed online securely and card details are not stored by the site.

We ship all orders through Australia Post, and offer the below shipping options:

• Regular Post - flat $8 rate. We offer free regular shipping for all orders over $95.
• Express Post - flat $10 rate.

Once your order has been shipped you'll receive a shipping email with your tracking number. We send all orders through Australia Post, and your order can be tracked through their website.

Australia Post deliver to PO and GPO boxes, so if tis is your best shipping address, please use it!

At this stage we don't offer International shipping, but we're working on it! Check back soon as we'll have this up and running shortly.

If you no longer what the item you have purchased, you are more than welcome to send it back to us for a refund. Alternatively, we can exchange for another item in our store. Please get in contact with us via our contact us page if you wish to return your items. If you'd like more information on our returns policy, please click here.

Unfortunately, we're unable to reimburse you for any return postage costs if you have changed your mind.
For faulty items, we will cover all shipping costs involved to get you a product in working order.
